Biography
DR. NILI SACHS has been a practicing psychotherapist for more than 25 years. She divides her time between her thriving practice in Los Angeles, where she specializes in individual and couples therapy devoted to issues of intimacy and sensuality, and her consulting work in Minneapolis, from where she advises major corporations on how to manage attraction and other emotions in the workplace.

A certified leader for the acclaimed international seminar organization P.A.I.R.S., or Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills, Nili is a recent recipient of its Raving Fan Award. She is also an active member of the National Speakers Association.

Born and raised in Israel, Nili is the author of Yerida Medaat, published in 1991 in Hebrew by Modan, a major publishing house in Tel Aviv. This book describes the emotional turmoil of immigrants to the United States, their culture shock, and their long process of adjustment. Her book tour took her to Israel and major North American cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Montreal, and Toronto. She also developed a videotape called Children of Israelis and advised on the TV documentary Where Is Home?, both based on the book.

Nili also advised the lead actors of the MGM movie Time Bomb, released in 1989 in Europe, which deals with psychological trauma. She has also hosted a weekly TV segment on family life, parenting, relationships and other mental health issues on Israel Today, a syndicated cable program shown in major U.S. cities.
